23rd July 2022 Windsurfing: Ynyslas Wind Direction: SSW Wind Stength: 20-25 knots Surf / Sea State: 1 ft surf Air Temperature: 19ºC Sea Temperature: 19ºC Weather: Showers Max Speed: Distance Covered: With Alistair. Went out with 5.7m and big board for a while but that became too much so changed down to smaller board and new 5.0m sail.
